For Graduating High School Seniors
Teamsters Local 399 is excited to announce the 5th Annual Leo T. Reed Scholarship Fund is now available to apply for. To learn more about Secretary-Treasurer Emeritus Leo T. Reed and his immense significance to our Local, read the Member Spotlight in our Winter 2019 Newsreel (starting on Page 6).
The Scholarship program is intended to assist Graduating High School Seniors planning to attend a four-year college or university and Training/Vocational program. We will be awarding $5,000 to (10) of the selected graduating High School Seniors.
You must be a child of a Teamsters Local 399 Member to apply.
To apply, please fill out this form completely and mail or drop off at the Union Hall to arrive no later than:

STUDENTS: You must fill out ALL information requested. You must PRINT clearly. Please be sure to enclose the following with your application:
1. An original ‘head shot’ photograph of yourself (No Paper Copies).
2. Your official High School Transcripts through the 2018 Fall Semester.
