AMPTP ‘Return to Work Agreement’ Extended
EXTENSION TO: June 30th, 2021
As many of your know our ‘Return to Work’ Agreements, both with the AMPTP and the AICP, were set to expire today. Over the past several weeks, Local 399 and our Sister Unions and Guilds have been meeting to discuss any necessary changes to include in the agreement.
I am happy to report we have reached an Agreement for an extension with the AMPTP and expect to have the final documents for the AICP as well soon. Please review below.
AMPTP ‘RETURN TO WORK’ AGREEMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
- Return to Work Agreement extended to June 30th, 2021
- Effective May 1st, 2021 all employees shall have a total of ten (10) days of temporary COVID-19 paid sick leave available per Producer which may be be used through December 10th, 2021.Brief highlights include;
- Additional of Vaccine appointments and those experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 vaccine that prevent employee from being able to work now included in covered Eligible COVID-19 events.
