We have an updated COVID-19 Commercial Production Safety and Test Protocol Agreement. The two biggest changes in the updated agreement is its extension until January 31st, 2022 and, similar to the AMPTP Return to Work Agreement, the inclusion of the ability for a production to mandate vaccinations for ‘Zone A’ crew that is in contact with unmasked actors. We want to remind members that this is a small portion of crew and should a production try to extend the reach of this provision, please reach out to us immediately. We will continue to advocate for the importance of individuals to protect themselves against the deadly COVID-19 virus, however we will also continue to protect our members right to choose the path of that protection as much as we possible can.
