DUES SET TO INCREASE TO $294 PER QUARTER ON JANUARY 1, 2019
Per our By-Laws, Members dues are based on 8 times the average hourly rate per quarter plus an International assessment of an additional 1/2 hour. Per Article X of our International Constitution, Members of all locals are required to pay a minimum of 2-and-a-half times their hourly rate in the form of monthly dues payments.
On January 1, 2019 dues will be increasing to $294.00 a Quarter.
We will be updating the new dues amount online on January 1st. If you are currently subscribed to our recurring payment plan you will be contacted via email to confirm the new amount that will be automatically updated on your card. Also, if you prepaid your dues for the year, you will receive a notice from the Local with the amount still owed.

1. When will the new dues amount be updated online?
We will be updating the new dues amount online on January 1st. If you are currently subscribed to our recurring payment plan the new dues amount will be automatically applied to your next payment that will pull on January 1st, 2019.
2. I sent in a check for the first Quarter of 2019, or I paid for the entire year of 2019 already, what do I do?
You will be contacted by the Local 399 Front Office to pay the remaining balance, or you can call 818-985-7374 to take care of it over the phone.
3. I don’t think I have paid for the 4th Quarter Dues of 2018 yet (October, November & December), what should I do?
Make sure to pay before the last business day of December (Friday, December 28th) to avoid going SUSPENDED. If you cannot remember if you paid, call the Front Office at 818-985-7374 to double check. If you are paying late, please keep in mind you currently have a $40 late fee to pay you through the end of the year.

Keep in mind, we do not bill for your dues. Our Members are expected to pay dues quarterly in the months of January, April, July & October.
