REGISTRATION: 6:00AM

PUTTING CONTEST: 7:00AM

TEE-OFF: 7:30AM

Entry fee is $85 per golfer!

The Tournament is open to the first 144 players. We cannot hold spots. First paid, first served! There will also be a buffet served during the trophy presentation and raffle immediately following the Tournament.

Please return registration form and fees to Local 399 no later than Friday, March 15, 2016.
