Eva Bitar, our FilmL.A. Contract Administrator has informed me of our collaborative work with Teamsters Local 399 membership. The dialogue between the City of Los Angeles and the Film Industry has eased filming in the City and provided us a better understanding of the Film Industry operations. Because of your assistance, we have been able to negotiate many concessions for the industry from various City departments.

I want to extend my gratitude to you and everyone in your membership who has participated in this productive relationship.
