There will be a Town Hall Meeting scheduled for 8:00AM Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Pickwick Gardens located 1001 Riverside Dr., Burbank, CA 91506 regarding the status of the Pension, Health and Welfare. The IA has already scheduled a meeting at an earlier date. However, we feel that the closer we schedule our meeting to negotiations, the more accurate the numbers will be in the total losses to our plan that occurred in the 2008 market crash. Local 399 and the IATSE are seeking your input. Beginning on October 10, you will have a direct way to give us feedback by participating in a comprehensive IATSE & Teamsters Membership/Benefits Survey.
This survey will be conducted online by David Binder Research, a professional polling firm. It will be open to ALL members of local unions that participate in the MPIPHP. This is your time to anonymously tell us what you think about a variety of issues.
The survey will begin on October 10 and will remain open for 15 days until October 25. It will take only 10 to 15 minutes to complete and you can do it any time during the day, whenever it is most convenient for you.
All members completing the survey will be entered into a drawing to be held in early November. Prizes to be awarded include:
- First Prize: $300
- 2nd Prize: $200
- 3rd Prizes: $100 (Five 3rd Prizes to be awarded)
On October 10, you will receive an email from David Binder Research with a one-time-use link to the survey. As this poll will be distributed online, we need to have current email addresses for all members. Please send your current email address, along with your name and last 4 SSN, to office@ht399.org as soon as possible.
Please note that the only way you will be able to participate in the survey is if we have a working email address from you. Please get your email address on file with Local 399 as soon as possible.
